Introduced during the domination of the Habsburgs and widespread at the beginning of the twentieth century, this variety found in Friuli the ideal place to express its lively personality. A Unique Terroir for a Distinctive WineThe vines of our Sauvignon grow in Ponca soils, rich in marl and sandstone of Eocene origin, giving the wine an extraordinary flavor and minerality. The manual harvest and meticulous processing in the cellar guarantee the preservation of the quality and integrity of the grapes, resulting in a wine of notable complexity and creaminess.
