The Fiano di Avellino DOCG 2019 Riserva "Stilèma" by Cantine Mastroberardino is a superb expression of history and territory. Inspired by the famous Fianos of the '70s and '80s, the wine masterfully blends modernity and an extraordinary sensorial richness. The grapes, meticulously selected in the Montefalcione and Manocalzati estates, draw their essence from heterogeneous soils: the clay-limestone component of Manocalzati combines with the sandy and volcanic nature of Montefalcione. This union gives the wine an impeccable balance, enhancing freshness and structure, and accentuating the flavor characteristics of the wine. and minerality.

Terroir and Winemaking

The screws, with an age averaging twenty years old, they stand proudly as espaliers, pruned according to the Guyot method, and produce a generous harvest of around 60 quintals per hectare. The harvest, carried out rigorously by hand in half October, preludes a classic vinification in steel with controlled temperature. The refinement, which lasts for approximately 24 months on whole lees, embellishes the wine with a unique flavour. and longevity exceptional.
