| Description | Terre di Cariano Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva 2015: A Masterpiece of ExcellenceExplore the depths of the Terre di Cariano Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva 2015, a wine that represents the mastery and tradition of the Cecilia Beretta family. With an alcohol content of 15.5%, this Amarone is characterized by its intense red color and a bouquet rich in berries, blackberries, cocoa and toasted notes. Winemaking Process and TerroirThe selected grapes (Corvina, Rondinella, Corvinone, Croatina, Oseleta) are harvested by hand and left to dry for approximately 3 months, losing 25-30% of their weight. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel fermenters for about 1 month, with continuous punching down by hand. The wine matures in French oak barriques and tonneaux for 24 months, followed by 2 years of refinement in the bottle. Sensory CharacteristicsThis Amarone offers the palate an unparalleled richness, with ripe and silky tannins, well balanced and very persistent. It stands out for its intense aromas of berries, blackberry jam and spicy notes, ideal for accompanying red meat dishes and mature cheeses.
