Terre di San Leonardo represents the elegance and tradition of the prestigious San Leonardo Trentino winery, described as “a monument to Bordeaux on earth Italian". This wine, the result of a combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Carmenere, is a tribute to the Trentino terroir and its rich winemaking history.

Winemaking

The wine is the result of a skilful vinification: 80% rests for 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels, while the remaining 20% ​​ages in barrique for 6 months.This process gives Terre di San Leonardo a robust structure and longevity that allows it to evolve and refine in the bottle for over 5 years.

Organoleptics and Pairings

Presenting itself with a red color bright ruby, Terre di San Leonardo offers a rich and fruity bouquet, with distinctive herbaceous notes. On the palate , the balance between softness, flavor and tannic texture makes tasting a solemn experience.It is ideal to pair with red meat dishes, game and mature cheeses. For optimal tasting, we recommend serving it at a temperature of 16°-18°C and letting it 'breathe' for at least 15-30 minutes before serving it.
