Thanks to the fairly hot summer and the proximity to the sea, the grapes reached perfect ripeness, while the rainy winter stored the water reserves necessary for excellent vegetative development.

Despite the temperatures slightly below the seasonal average, the slight slowdown in budding favored an optimal vegetative-productive balance. The lack of rainfall during the harvest led to the grapes being harvested in perfect ripening conditions, resulting in a splendid vintage.

The vinification of the Terre More was equally meticulous, the carefully harvested grapes were conferred in the cellar and subjected to a process of destemming and mashing in steel tanks, with fermentation taking place at a controlled temperature.
