| Description | Tignanello 2021 - Toscana IGTA sensorial journey into the heart of Chianti Classico, the Tignanello 2021enchants with its intense ruby red hue< /b> and aromatic complexity. On the nose, it stands out for a symphony of ripe fruits such as cherry, strawberry and blackberry, skillfully intertwined with delicate floral hints of violet, mallow and rose. A subtle touch of roasted coffee and cocoa powder enriches the bouquet. On the palate, the Tignanello 2021 is vibrant and dimensional, evolving into an enveloping experience. The finish is characterized by spicy notes of pepper and liquorice, which blend with pleasant sensations of aromatic herbs, giving length and freshness to the sip. Origin and VinificationProduced exclusively from the vineyard of the same name of the Tenuta Tignanello, located on tuff limestone soils between 350 and 400 meters above sea level, this wine represents an icon of oenological innovation. The 2020 harvest, characterized by a favorable climate, guaranteed superior quality grapes. The vinification was carried out with extreme care, from the selection of the grapes to the fermentation in truncated cone tanks, up to the refinement in French and Hungarian oak barriques for 15 months. Tignanello 2021 is more than a wine, it is a work of art that tells the story and tradition of wine Tuscan. |
