This wine comes from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella, Corvinone and Negrara, grapes that give the product complexity and richness. After an initial fermentation, the Ripasso takes place on the Amarone pomace, giving structure and aromatic depth. A 12-month refinement in barrique completes the work, enhancing the organoleptic profile of the wine.
