The Verdicchio di Matelica DOC BIO 2022 from the Bisci Agricultural Company represents an authentic masterpiece of Marche viticulture. This wine, the fruit of a tradition that has its roots in 1982, celebrates its 40th anniversary with a vintage that amazes with its freshness and intensity.
Made entirely from Verdicchio grapes, the wine comes from vineyards of different ages, with a system that dates back to 1978. The grapes, harvested strictly by hand, are transported to the cellar where they are subjected to soft pressing. The must obtained ferments in concrete tanks, ensuring superior quality and careful preservation of the organoleptic characteristics.
- Colour: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
- Aroma: Floral and fruity notes with hints of almond and citrus.
- Taste: Fresh and savory, with a minerality that envelops the palate, long and persistent.
- Production area: Matelica, an area renowned for its unique terroir.
- Winemaking process: Fermentation in vitrified concrete tanks and refinement in bottle for at least 2 months.
