The grapes come from ancient vineyards cultivated "free of foot", on soils rich in lapilli and volcanic pumice, located in the Caselle district, in the municipality of Milo, at 750 meters above sea level.</p><p>The Vinupetra is the result of a wine project that respects and enhances the biodiversity of the Etna area, with vineyard cultivation carried out by hand and without the use of biotechnology. Each phase of winemaking follows the lunar phases, from the manual harvesting of the grapes, to the alcoholic fermentation in large wooden barrels, up to the refinement which lasts 12 months in 2,500 liter barrels.
