Barolo

The Barolo wine is an icon of the Italian wine heritage, appreciated throughout the world for its elegance and complexity. Produced exclusively in the Langhe, a picturesque region of Piedmont, Barolo is often described as the "king of wines and the wine of kings". Its uniqueness derives from the Nebbiolo grape variety, which gives the wine a distinctive combination of intensity and aromatic and structural finesse.

Barolo is characterized by its intense red colour, often tending towards garnet, and by its complex bouquet, where aromas of rose, dandelion, cherry, spices and tobacco intertwine. The aging process, which by law must last at least three years, of which two in wooden barrels, contributes to developing its tannic structure and its capacity to taste. of aging. Is not serious; It's rare that a good vintage Barolo wine can evolve and improve for decades.

In the mouth, Barolo offers a range of flavors that range from ripe fruit to more delicate notes. earthy and mineral, with a long and satisfying persistence. Its acidity well balanced and robust tannins make it an ideal companion for rich and tasty dishes, such as roast meat, game, truffles and mature cheeses. Barolo is also an excellent meditation wine, capable of offering a profound and nuanced tasting experience.

Each bottle of Barolo contains the history and tradition of a land rich in wine culture, offering an experience that goes beyond the simple act of drinking, transforming into a true sensorial journey into the heart of Piedmont.
